He does talk about …
He does talk about pairings. He says superset the OH squats with chops and front squats with get-ups. Maybe I'm giving him too much credit, but when he talks about burning body fat in squats it sounds like he is just saying that front squats are a metabolically demanding exercise, which is definitely not BS.

Listen to the video again. He mentions burning body fat during the instruction on DB Front Squats. There is no mention of a paired exercise nor mention of heart rate of any kind throughout the video. If I were to put out a video, I would make sure what I spoke was truth not BS.

Well the traditional squat requires more abdominal activation than any traditional ab exercise. Any exercise which requires holding a weight over head requires strong core activation. Combining those two makes for one of a movement.

I'm not sure he's advocating spot reduction. It sounds like he's suggesting interval type supersets involving compound movements with large core involvement. And interval training is the king of fat loss. It makes sense, but maybe I'm not hearing him right.

Other than the chop …
Other than the chop movementand the turkish get ups I don't consider this an ab specific workout. It is however a GREAT workout just not as it is described in its title. She is pretty hot!

if you do it …
if you do it correctly and lean back n not forward you have to use your able muscle to keep you balanced because you have to hold them in tight to keep you up also your arms are above your head its harder
