If you are one of those people that just cannot refuse seconds then you might find this of interest. Perhaps this wouldn't be so bad but they also ate food that should be thrown away because it is out of its safe selling period. Whatever this person sees that's not nailed down they will eat, regardless of the consequences. Well, you are one of a growing number that like this type of instant pleasure only acquired by eating you really should start considering health supplements.

There are generally two types of individual: the first will eat anything they like the second will to a strict diet. Some of these people just eat everything in sight, including all the food past its sell by date. We all seem to have an inbuilt desire to enjoy sweet, fattening foods. We all seem to seek this ‘instant gratification' never considering how beneficial health supplements can be.
