For Women's Menstrual Pains
There are many health problems associated being a woman and it can often feel as if they are destined to suffer various pains for their entire lives. Throughout their lives, many women are lucky enough not to suffer from period pains but menstrual cramps can be something they start to experience when they reach the menopause. The condition of endometriosis can increase the debilitating effect as can the condition of PCOS. If you were to ask a woman who suffers from this complaint they would tell you just how much they dread that time each month.
This is when you need some menstrual cramp relief you can count on time and time again. Often the easiest way to help stop this is complaint to just take a pain relief tablet. Some brands like Pamprin are made just for this reason, but other pain relievers should work just as well. Now, it is true to say that some women do not like taking any type of oral medication but perhaps it's now time to think about that stance.
Nothing can take the wind out of your sails or put a dampener on your day like painful cramps. Even worse still, the cramps are often combined with bloating and sometimes, queasiness as well. Eventually I came to the conclusion that I would need to find a reliable menstrual cramp relief remedy to get rid of those pains each cycle. Of course when the complaint is irregular it can be even more annoying because there were some cycles where I felt almost no discomfort at all!
Heat pads can work quite well but you may find you have to experiment where it is placed for it to bring some relief. Many women that try this method are those that just prefer not to take any form of oral medication. Whilst these ideas may be ok for some women, others that have regular painful menstrual cramps each month may need to do something more permanent. The problem worsens when every month regular as clockwork you have to call in sick from your job.
To stop the situation worsening you should speak to your physician to see what menstrual cramp relief solution he can come up with. Your doctor may suggest using the contraceptive pill because he knows just how good it is at helping women who suffer each month with stomach cramps. If you are trying to get pregnant this will obviously be out of the question but this is not the only remedy your doctor will discuss with you. Don't give up on your search because a remedy does exist if you are persistent.
